Congratulations to Teresa Clark (Shachar-Hill Laboratory) for receiving the Department of Biology Fields Award for Outstanding Teaching. Teresa’s long list of accomplishments in teaching include having TA’d three different courses here at MSU and four others at Western Michigan, where she received her MS degree. She has also given guest lectures in two courses, developed active learning activities for BS161, managed the online classroom support system for BS161, and initiated and volunteered to run review sessions for BS161 exams.  In addition to all of this, Teresa has played a part in many outreach programs, including serving as a member of the Advisory Committee for MSU Science Festival, and volunteering at Math Field and Science Olympiad.
