Health Insurance for Fellows

PBHS Fellowhsips provide financial support to fully or partially cover health insurance.

Student health insurance is offered through the Human Resources office. Information on plans and how to register can be found on the MSU Human Resources Website:
Student and Graduate Assistant Insurance Plans.

Please be aware that enrollment is not automatic when admitted to PBHS. You must enroll yourself by the applicable deadline through the provider website above. 

You will also need to provide proof of enrollment prior to reimbursement. If you do not need health insurance, please inform our APC, Jessica Lawrence (jesslaw@msu.edu). 

If fellows receive additional funding, including stipend supplementation or alternative awards or fellowships, your department will be responsible for processing those fellowships. Please work with your department to process non-PBHS funds.
